FEE STRUCTURE

 

In accordance with Australian Psychological Society (APS) guidelines, session fees are $160.00.

Clients are expected to pay for their consultation at each appointment.

 

Medicare Rebates

 

Medicare rebates clients referred by a medical specialist or GP under a Mental Health Care Plan are $124.50, leaving a gap to be paid by the client of $35.50.

Client's who hold a current Centrelink Health Care Card or pension card may be eligible for a significantly reduced rate.

 

Client Confidentiality

 

Client confidentiality is of paramount importance to the practice. We understand that clients need to feel comfortable and safe and that all information disclosed is treated with absolute confidentiality.

All personal information processed by support staff is treated with discretion.

Every member of the team is required to sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement to comply with the Australian Psycological Society (APS) Code of Professional Ethics.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Because we have a lengthy waiting list, our appointments are precious.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

You will receive a reminder text message the day prior to your appointment. Please reply with a "Y" to confirm or "N" to cancel. Without your confirmation we cannot guarantee your appointment.
